Ekenyoro NC is a benevolent community that stands together during bereavement. Built on trust, goodwill, and mutual responsibility — because no family should grieve alone.
Who We Are
Ekenyoro NC brings together individuals and families from the Omogusii community in the Raleigh area. When loss strikes a member's family, the whole community responds — together we carry the weight so that no one has to bear it alone.
Members pool contributions to support one another when death touches a family. Coverage extends to parents, siblings, and children.
Clear contribution guidelines and transparent tracking ensure every member knows their responsibilities and can trust the process.
Decisions are made collectively at our Annual General Meeting. Coordinators and the Council of Elders guide with wisdom and fairness.
We honour Omogusii values in a new home — staying connected to heritage while building belonging in North Carolina.
